The hotel is colorful and modern, with a great lobby and billiards for fun. Room noise from neighbors was annoying at times. Breakfast had nice options, but could use more variety. I liked the eco-friendly products in the bathroom.

The pool table in the lobby was a nice touch for entertainment. The walls felt too thin, and I could hear noise from other rooms. Breakfast had decent options but lacked some hot dishes. Overall, clean and modern vibe made the stay enjoyable.

This hotel truly impressed. Modern, clean, and filled with natural light. The coffee/tea station was a welcome touch. Staff at the front desk were consistently friendly and helpful. The room met all functional needs. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with great lighting. Plenty of outlets made it convenient for charging devices. Breakfast was phenomenal—pancakes were a standout. The snack bar and hydration refill stations are thoughtful additions. there were issues. Despite advance reservations for connecting rooms, we ended up on separate floors, which impeded family time. Some areas, like the shower, were less than pristine, and the pool needed attention. These inconsistencies didn’t overshadow the positives, but they need addressing. Would stay again, for sure.

During my stay, I discovered that the hotel is conveniently near several parks and attractions, making it perfect for my weekend strolls; within a 5-minute walk, I found Bob Evans for a tasty meal and a short drive took me to Sharon Woods, a lovely place with walking trails and beautiful scenery. The hotel has a clean and modern feel with all the amenities I needed, but the breakfast buffet was a bit smaller than what I’ve experienced at other hotels, which could use a little improvement.

The room was quite cozy and clean, with nice amenities like an ironing facilities which came in handy. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had free toiletries which was a nice touch. One thing to note was the heating and air conditioning - they worked well but were a bit noisy at times, which disturbed our sleep. the curtains in the room didn't quite block out the light completely, so it was a bit bright in the mornings. Housekeeping did a good job overall, but I did notice that the soap dispensers were a bit tricky to use. You had to push really hard to get the soap out, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for someone like me with carpal tunnel. On the bright side, the flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening entertainment, and the am/fm alarm clock helped me wake up on time. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection to choose from.

I had a rough night at this hotel. The noise from kids running around above us was unbearable, stomping and dragging chairs until 1 AM. Even the highway traffic was loud. Definitely not a place for anyone seeking a restful stay.

The rooms are so comfy and modern. Loved the flat-screen TV, fridge, and free toiletries. The fitness centre is top-notch, and the pool is great to relax in. Breakfast was tasty every morning. Staff is super nice, and the location is perfect for visiting the zoo. It’s just 17 mins from downtown.

Warm welcome at check-in set the tone. The staff had great local tips, and the room was clean and inviting—definitely a comfy stay. Breakfast looked delicious, but the nearby hotels sharing a name caused some confusion. Unfortunately, the dog next door barked relentlessly, and communication about it could have been better. A mix of pleasant experiences overshadowed by a few bumps. Looking forward to returning despite the hiccups.

The large front lobby offers engaging lounge areas with a pool table and a massive TV for family fun. There are plenty of outlets for charging devices, and the 24/7 Eat & Sip Market is perfect for satisfying cravings anytime. It's a great space to unwind and watch the big game with the kids.
My wife says that having softer soap dispensers would be more family-friendly.

The breakfast was surprisingly good with warm eggs and tasty bacon. The lobby is well designed, inviting families to hang out over board games or enjoy the free coffee.
We had to deal with some rowdy kids keeping us up at night.

The room was clean and inviting, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space cozy. the walls and floors were thinner than expected; I could hear footsteps from above. The shower pressure was weak, which could be improved. The soap dispensers were a unique concept but difficult to use, causing frustration. I missed having a closet, as the room felt a bit too minimalist.

The breakfast was unexpectedly good; hot eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit every morning. The room was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and the comfy bed made for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding a nice touch to our xmas getaway.
The hot water in the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold. It was a minor inconvenience that affected our overall experience.

Enjoyed late check-out and the state of the art bathrooms. The hotel was vibrant, offering a fitness center and billiards. I unwound in the indoor pool and relaxed in the lounge, sipping Market drinks.
Who needs rotating breakfast items anyways? .

The lobby is massive with outlets everywhere for charging our devices. Plus, they have a 24/7 Eat & Sip Market - perfect for late-night snacks. The lounge area is epic with pool and foosball tables, and a giant media wall for watching the game. It's like a dream hangout spot for friends on vacay!
Could use a more lit rooftop terrace for chill parties with awesome views.
